Each pack contains five stair nose moldings, each 47" in length.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <h3>Stair Nose Molding</h3> <p>This is a specialized trim piece used in the installation of laminate flooring on stairs. It is designed to provide a seamless transition between the horizontal surface of the laminate flooring. The main function of stair nose molding is to protect the exposed edges of the laminate flooring on stairs from wear and tear, and to prevent tripping hazards by providing a smooth, rounded edge that is easy to navigate. It also enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the staircase by providing a clean, finished look.</p> <h3>Installation</h3> <p>Leave a 1/4" (6mm) expansion gap between the molding and the laminate plank. If desired, moldings can be glued to the sub-floors or concrete, but should not be glued directly to the laminate plank. To ensure a waterproof installation, apply silicone caulking to the edge of the molding that will come in direct contact with the laminate flooring surface and immediately wipe away any excess silicone caulking. Also make sure to follow the installation instructions for both the stair nose molding and the laminate flooring to ensure a safe and effective installation.</p>

We loved the added padding already attached to the piece of flooring and the molding fits well and will add the final touch of perfection to anyone's floor needs.

This staircase sample arrived yesterday and I  took a look at it today. From what I see it looks well made and high quality. It is super thick and has a nice built in padding so you don't have to buy that separately. I love the color. The wood color would look great in a cabin home.

I also noticed that this stairnose is relatively thick. This feature should help it to  last for years to come.

Beautiful and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not very fan of wooden look flooring or any detailed surfaces, but I have to say that this is a good looking. Is not an expensive looking, sturdy enough for any project at home. Super smooth for the stairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laminate flooring is decent quality for someone looking to do a project at low end cost.   Would recommend hardwood over laminate for something that would last long term and keep its beauty.  The color of the laminate though is good.

Decent but Laminate

I am thinking it’s just a sample, it also came damaged. In the slip side. The color and quality seems really great. If I wanted to use this I probably would consider getting the correct dimensions.

Nice but unusable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sample appears to be a good quality stair nose molding and will definitely be considered when replacing the carpet on my stairs. It does appear; however, that the stair lip color is slightly darker than the actual stair molding color. I wish the color match was a little closer!

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] honestly it's just a sample square that they sent. So there's no way to be tested out or try it. I'm not saying it's not a good product cause I can't properly test it out. a
Also, the sample they sent is chipped so that tells me that it may not be the best quality if it chipped just by being shipped.  That means it will definitely chip if it's on your floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in the mail as sample. I like the concept however not sure how to “link” the pieces together. I will say my box arrived beat up and the wood pieces were chipped so maybe that’s why I couldn’t put together. So for that, I would worry about the quality/durability as I have kids and 2 small dogs. Think I would have also liked better in a darker color.
