Instructions

Experience Dual Cooling Technology

Discover the ultimate in relaxation with the Serta Forever Cool Gel Memory Foam Pillow. Featuring dual cooling technology, this pillow combines gel memory foam inside with a ConstantCool cover on the outside for effective multilayer temperature regulation. Whether it's the hot season or you're a year-round hot sleeper, this pillow ensures you stay cool and comfortable throughout the night.

Customizable Comfort for Every Season

Adapt your sleep experience with the reversible design of the Serta Forever Cool Pillow. During colder seasons, flip the pillow to the side without cool-touch fibers for a gentler cooling effect. Regardless of the side you choose, the gel memory foam provides soothing comfort and promotes longer periods of deep, uninterrupted REM sleep, leaving you feeling rejuvenated every morning.

Conforming Gel Memory Foam for Personalized Support

The gel memory foam inside the pillow conforms to your head and neck, offering personalized support and relieving pressure points. This design helps prevent tossing and turning while maintaining proper spinal alignment. Whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach, the pillow retains its shape night after night for consistent comfort.

ConstantCool Cover for Enhanced Cooling

The reversible ConstantCool cover is crafted with permanently woven cooling fibers concentrated on one side. These fibers neutralize the natural heat from your head, neck, and body, helping you achieve the ideal temperature for restorative sleep. Made with breathable cotton material, the cover enhances airflow for an even cooler experience.

Easy Maintenance with a Removable Cover

Keep your sleep space fresh with the machine-washable and dryable cover. Simply unzip and remove the cover, then toss it into your washing machine with your regular laundry. After drying, your pillow is ready to provide great nights of comfort and relaxation.

Pain Relief

This is my second Serta cooling pillow and i love them, although there is a slight chemical smell when you first open it,its not enough to disturb your sleep,or you can let it sit for a day or 2 and it will be ready for use. They are very comfortable and hold their shape very well, great for any type of sleeper,i am personally a side to stomach sleeper and are perfect for me,which is saying a lot as i am disabled with a majorly messed up spine,so i dont get much sleep at a time, but what i do,these make it a much higher quality of sleep.

LOVE

I suffer from an old neck injury and had trouble sleeping until I found this pillow!!
My daughter is starting change of life and is having night sweats. She said she doesn't have the night sweats when using this pillow.
And, besides being so cooling to our physical issues, it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever found. The weight is perfect, not heavy, not too light. I love that it doesn't smoosh around my face like the pillows that have fiberfill or chunky pieces in them. Just the best pillow for me - and for my daughter!

Comfortable and COOL

I have so many pillows that don’t work for my neck problems, however, this pillow is the best I’ve found. I sleep on my back and side and this pillow is very supportive. I’m on my second set. My first set is a few years old but was still in great shape but I just wanted a new one. One side has the cool touch and I love that for my night sweats. I would highly recommend this pillow. I hope to always be able to find it at Sam’s

Best pillow EVER

I really do like this pillow. I was skeptical that i could find a cool and supportive firm pillow that was comfortable and wouldnt hurt my neck. I never had a memory foam pillow before. Well i have enjoyed it every single night i have tried it. It really does help to keep my hot head cool at night.

Supportive and cool

I baught them 2 or 3 weeks ago, they help me with not sweating at night. I had an issue with always being hot at night and I have the fan and an a/c unit on.. using this kept my head and neck cool to where I dont sweat at all

Cooling and comfortable

The pillow is cool to start and then not so after some head contact. Over all I like the pillow and wish it were a little longer but I knew size prior to purchase.
Jerome

It is a great cooling pillow. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that it is a little too high and firm for me to use nightly. Other than that, it is the best cooling pillow I ever had.

Excellent Cooling Pillow-It Really Works

I purchased this pillow when it was on sale, and frankly, it's just ok. I found it too large (high), and too firm. I have a lot of pillows, and this one will likely be stored in the guest room. As for being cool, it does remain cool for a while, but without circulating cool water through the pillow, they will all be hot in the middle of the night.

It's OK

I bought this pillow three weeks ago and have not use it. I had to put it on a shelf in my closet because it smelled so bad of chemicals. The manufacturer says it will smell but the smell is harmless (stated in a flyer sent with the pillow). I get headaches from strong odors so I put it in my closet to air out for a while. It has slowly been dissipating so hopefully, soon, I can use the pillow.

Stinky Pillow

We ordered these pillows after checking the measurements of our old pillows. These aren't 18 X 26 They measure 16" x 24". They would be fine for a twin bed but they are small. We haven't noticed that they are any cooler than any other pillow we've had but they are fairly comfortable.

Cool Pillow

Smells like chemicals isn’t cold at all won’t use it. Bought one a few years ago and it was awesome. This one is nothing like the 1st one I bought.
