[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy concept. It comes with the fan piece on it. The cooling plate and mister are sat in the tray. Simple twist off to change them out. The one that mists has a filter. It's suggested they be switched out monthly. It already has one in it and comes with three extras. It also has an Inlet Mesh Filter that you need to clean occasionally and will have to replace after worn. This mini fan is very sturdy and strong, it doesn't feel cheap. Something I wish it had was some kind of clip so I can use it on my walks when its hot out. There are quite a few days in the summer time where I skip because it's so hot out and I push at least two kids in a wagon, so my hands are full. This set comes with a little cinch sack to hold the charger, manual, and extra pieces to the fan. I'm excited to try it out in 100 degree weather!

I take it with me everywhere because I never know when a hot flash is going to hit me.  The setup was so easy and I love the compact size that fits so easily into my purse.  It is also light weight.  It will cool me right down wherever I am and the battery last a long time.  I especially love the cooling plate because I think it works the best to cool me down quickly if I apply to my head, neck and wrists.  The controls are very intuitive and easy to turn on, off and to the power you want.  I love this little guy!

The airflow depending on your setting can be light, airy and refreshing to very a cool breeze. This would be perfect like I said for those experiencing hot flashes, perhaps take this to the park with your kids, theme park, a walk outside, by the pool when you just want to dip your feet and this will help cool you elsewhere - the possibilities are endless! I say this because look how compact and portable this is. I have very small hands and it fits in the palm in the handy dandy carrying bag that’s included! The misting setting is something that I will use very frequently especially in the summer and outdoors. It’s so cooling, instantly refreshing and re-energizes you. The cooling plate might be my favorite and even that has 2 settings! This little gadget is incredibly high tech but extremely simple to use. Living in Arizona this is going to be perfect when the heat really starts. It is small and compact, so it fits easily in any bag. You can add little water to make it oven more refreshing with the mist mode. This make a really big difference!!! I used on Sunday while grilling outside because it’s already feeling hot, and it cold me down very quickly. I turned on the highest speed and worked great!! Overall I love the functions it offers very powerful,convenient and perfect for hot weather!

I live in a hot climate year round and going out can be brutally hot. I get overheated easily so I need an option that I can take in the go and is effective. This is a small handheld system but is extremely powerful. The fan option has 10 speeds. The higher 5 are very powerful. You can blow this in you and you will get sudden relief. It is amazing. The dry touch mist is even better! You put in some water and turn the mist on and it’s instantly cool. It goes in and dries easily and I used this for the first time to walk around a festival and it cooled me instantly. It does need to be refilled a few times if you use it all day but it’s super simple. The InstaChill Cooling Plate is next level helpful. You can turn it on and it’s super cold. You can put it on your neck or wrist and it’s like ice in the skin. It helps if you feel like you are overheating to cool you down fast. It’s light and compact and charges fast. This has been the best product I’ve had in a while. I cannot wait to go out this summer and have relief on the go. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a cooling option that you can use as you travel!

There are 10 levels of speed so that you can customize it to exactly what you like. The mist was way better than I thought it could be with a good stream. But I think my ultimate favorite part is the skin contact metal Instachill cooling plate. It allows you to cool exactly where you want. I liked using it on my forehead and on my wrist because that helped me cool down a lot faster. Overall it's a fantastic product. It charges pretty quick and comes with the USB. This is a fantastic must have for the heat.

High power in a little package

The fan speed goes up to 10 giving a high speed cool breeze. I love that you can switch the attachments for a mist or cooling plate. This is my new go to cool down accessory!

No assembly needed.  Just charge it. Attachments are easy to switch just twist off.

Great System

I guess I expected a lot more from Shark and for the price (I paid $129). The Chill Pill I purchased came with the misting attachment. The other attachments were not available to purchase anywhere on line (bummer). It doesn’t last long on a charge and the mist attachment actually worked great but you would have to refill constantly. I was really interested in the cooling plate for my hot flashes but as I said above it was not available to purchase separately. I returned after one day of use. Might be worth it if the price point was lower considering that you can purchase a less expensive rechargeable fan that does the same thing. Save your money!!
