It is blue when warming and red when ready. The towels come out warm and a bit moist for comfort. It not scolding hot but just perfect. Being ably to store 2 towels is great. Never have I ever thought that I would need a towel warmer in my bathroom, but let me tell you, this instantly makes my bath time feel luxurious! It was easy and ready to use out of the box, instructions were clear, and most importantly, I end my shower with a nice warm towel!

One word…luxurious!

We put this in our guest room for our cold Michigan winters. It worked great for almost 2 winters. I was certainly expecting to get more use out of it. The thought of these going into landfill every two years is deeply disturbing. We have a much older Zadro model that’s still working in our master.
