I received this set within 2 weeks of placing my order and WOW it does not disappoint!  It is absolutely beautiful and stunning!  The seating is firm yet comfortable.  My hubby has already claimed his spot on the chair and ottoman and he has NO complaints!

I read reviews on where the set can have material frayed on it and my chair did arrive with this defect.  I contacted Sam's Club to have a replacement chair sent and it was handled swiftly and quickly and a new replacement chair is on its way to me.

The beauty of this set enhances the "cabin theme" we were looking for in our remodel and the compliments pour in from all that see it!  Totally recommend!

We are extremely happy with the Sierra Lodge living room set purchased from Sam’s Club.  The four pieces arrived within one week of ordering and there was no damage due to the excellent packaging.  Initially, the cushions were very firm but have become amazingly comfortable with use.  The workmanship and materials on all four pieces is quite impressive.

Beautiful

I was excited to get the set. But after getting it I was not happy with the color. It is much darker than the picture showed. Also constantly needing to fluff back cushions and move or reset the bottom cushions. I have yet to receive the protection plan that I paid for. I have called them several times. I'm about to tell them to come get the furniture.

Not to pleased

I took a chance ordering this without ever seeing it. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and came a bit darker than the pictures which was fine for us. I really really wanted to love this furniture, but it is so incredibly uncomfortable!  the seat area is very stiff with little to no give.
