Ease Of Installation

GREAT SOUND FOR A SMALLER SOUND BAR BUT WELL WORTH THE MONEY. IT WORKS SEAMLESSLY WITH OUR SAMSUNG TV AND FIRE CUBE. THE OTHER ADVANTAGE IS THAT SONOS CONNECTS TO YOUR HOME WI-FI SO YOU CAN LISTEN TO MUSIC WITHOUT HAVING YOUR PHONE AROUND. VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE!

OUTSTANDING

AWESOME PRODUCT! Love the sound quality! Easy to install other than I did have difficulty getting the tv to activate the port for the sono's plug to go into. Called the sono's 800# and they easily helped me. Thank you!

LOVE THE SOUND!

I already had other speakers from Sonos but wanted to connect TV to it!! After updating and connecting to WiFi it has been very nice to hear words clearly!! My Vizio and Roku remotes work great with it!!

I love Sonos Speakers!

Sonos has mastered audio streaming. These sound really good (not the best I’ve heard) but what keeps me a Sonos fan is their App. 18 sonos powered speakers in the house that work as a comprehensive system. AirPlay is ok for an extra device - stinks at whole house. Sonos has it mastered. I put these in the extra bedrooms for whole house - tv sound is a plus.

Satisfying Sound Quality - Ultra Stable

Has great sound and super easy to hook up!!!! Best surround sound we've ever bought. Well worth the money, and we got 2 other speakers to add to it that were also simple to hook up. The system basically does it by itself once you install the app. Everything should be so simple and sound this good!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

Runs the fur babies off because it sounds so good

Powerful Soundbar, Easy Installation. Only Con" App sometimes doesn't recognize the system and need to restart the system to recognize.

Great Soundbar - However!

Love this soundbar! Easy installation and the audio clarity is awesome. I would definitely recommend it.

Sonos Beam

The Sonos products are quality equipment, and my purchase was normal pricing at the time I purchased it. If I had know it would go on sale for $130 off in two weeks, I would have definitely waited.

Quality product but the sale missed me

Sound bar is nice, but the promotion for a free mount and credits is extremely frustrating. You can't submit a claim for the wall mount until you have the soundbar because you need a serial number. It took 8 days for my sound bar to be delivered, and then I filled out the online form to request a wall mount. At the end of the form, it says it takes up to 5 business days to validate my purchase and then up to another 30 days to receive the wall mount. I guess my options are to buy a wall mount or set the soundbar on the floor for the next month. If the promotion is for a free wall mount, how about you just ship it with the soundbar!!!

Promotion is Garbage

Device is unable to update from its own app, leaving it unusuable.
A quick google search shows this is a HUGE issue they have otherwise left customers to figure out. Have exhausted attempts to fix from FAQ and customer service is 0 help.
incredibly frustrating, returning.
