Value For Money

Sound Quality

Ease Of Setup

It was unbeatable at this price, much worse TVs were selling for more. Good clarity and brightness easy to mount. Google operating system is superior to Roku

Good TV great value

We were looking for an inexpensive TV for the basement bedroom. This TCL more than fit our expectations. Great picture easy to use and a 3 year warranty all at an amazing price

Excellent tv

I want another one, but I don't know what to do with my Sony. Really impressed with the TCL excellent picture and sound!

TCLove it

Well worth the money. Set up somewhat complicated for an old man but I managed. Great picture and price.

More BANG for the buck!

Extremely disappointed in the picture quality, I feel like Im watching an old low budget movie. It also will not connect to our phones. And that is why I'm returning.

Disappointed

It cant play 4k video on you tube. It freezes so many times. It not Because internet speed. Its due to its processing capacity. I think I will either go for samsung or sony. So atleast they will not freeze while playing 4k videos.

For normal use it's okay but for 4k videos its not

Purchased this television over a holiday weekend sale. The tv stopped working. Filed a claim with the manufacturer since it's under warranty. They say it's dire to be replaced but they have no more of these units and would send a refund. Well, I bought it on sale and televisions have increased in price so this solution is not ok. They claim there is no other television similar they can send. However, Sam's Club STILL HAS THIS TV IN STOCK! Do NOT recommend buying. Warranty means nothing if they won't fix or replace it. This television is now more than double what I paid for it 9 months ago.

Warranty scam

Not a good picture at all felt like I was watching an old cheap movie. Couldnt screen share from my phone either! Useless returned!!

Not at all happy returned!

Have has the TV for one week now. The audio clips, sometimes more than others. Software and firmware updated during setup. Have tried numerous adjustments and settings. Nothing has alleviated the issue. Emailed TCL 3 days ago and have not heard back from them. Has made watching TV irritating instead of enjoyable. Planning on returning TV and looking at a different manufacturer. Old Visio was rock solid compared to this.

Audio issues

The TV worked well for the first four months, but then the display started showing green bars moving up and down unexpectedly. I contacted customer service to address the issue, but the experience was disappointing. I was told that the display must have been damaged by me, which voided the warranty, even though the TV is wall mounted and I handled the TV carefully and it had no visible damage.

The lack of support and refusal to honor the warranty were frustrating, especially given the cost of $300. I would not recommend this TV based on my experience. Improved customer service and clearer warranty policies would go a long way toward addressing such issues.
