This provides great pain relief for back pain for me.  I cannot take NSAIDS for medical reasons, so I need to use acetaminophen instead. This works well for me and the capsules are very easy to swallow with a bit of water.  They also act pretty fast giving relief quickly.

It works faster and I suffer from really bad migraines and when I don’t have my migraine medication I take Tylenol Rapid Release Extra Strength Gelcaps and it helps me relieve the migraine temporarily. When it was brought out to my car, the poison was not separated from this medicine or the food items!!! 
What were they thinking . It even states on the box not to put near water or food !!!!!!!!
