We bought this for our grandsons, one is Autistic:( their combined weight is 300+).  They love it. The net is the best we've encountered, after 4 kids, and 10 grandkids, we've encountered plenty.  The zipper is a new feature for us and it was a great idea.  My daughter and I put it together in about 2 hours.....I don't have the strength to pull the springs once they start getting tight.....this slowed us down. However, we put about 5 old springs on the really hard ones, and then replaced with the new springs one at a time...helped tremendously! The top caps are really great too!

Great Trampoline.

Quality is good, looks just like picture, arrived sooner than expected, and the assembly was not too bad.  The only advice I have on assembly is to make sure you put the springs on in the order they recommend with the tool provided.  Nothing is complicated about the assembly but there are lots of pieces and repetitive steps.  If you kids are excited about getting onto the trampoline ASAP there are lots of steps you can recruit them for. One added bonus the instruction manual says the max weight is 500LB.  When I was shopping around so many of the trampolines were rated for only a couple hundred pounds.  I got this one because the product description states a 330LB capacity... at 500LB my husband and I can both get in with the kids to play games.

we were jumping within 4 hours

We were fortunate that this particular trampoline was in stock! Nearly a week away from Christmas we were crunching numbers and decided to go with this one for it’s customer ratings and higher weight limit. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the item still arrived several days before Christmas. Assembly was very straight forward! Three adults put it together in just under an hour. Having just bought it, we are very pleased and we are looking forward to using it for many years.

So far so good...

It’s ok.   We received two boxes separately both beat up and had holes.  Looks as if they aren’t suppose to go together.  Green and yellow pad with blue foam pole covers.  Also was missing the tool needed to attach the trampoline springs.  Elastic straps are weak .  They were ripping off while being installed.  No one had even jumped on it yet!  We had an older Upper Bounce 15’ model that we were replacing and not as happy with the “new” model.

Just ok.  Overpriced.

The pad was not stitched together correctly.  Additionally, the straps that hold the pads over the springs tore off within the first five minutes of use.  Followed the instructions for how to attach the straps - lousy design.  Trampoline itself was fine.  Will be contacting the manufacturer about the improperly stitched pad and the torn straps.  We will see if they remedy the situation or not.

Straps tore right away

Net came in damaged as well as part of the buckle of netting. Ive gone back and forth with pictures and information to the best of my knowledge to the company. I don’t know if we will ever get it worked out. I am 2 hours away from the trampoline so getting additional information is very difficult since it in in the backyard of my 90 year old mother. This company is very hard to communicate with.

Nice but damaged

Do NOT purchase, they have decreased the quality of construction or some of the older reviews are lies.  This trampoline has been used for 8 months by my less than 100 lb child.  No adults or older teens ever on it.  More than 13 springs have pulled out, the stitching having failed all around,  one metal leg came unattached because of poor connections.  DO NOT PURCHASE.  SAM'S should immediately discontinue the product as it is beyond dangerous to users.

DO NOT PURCHASE - REALLY

It barely lasted two seasons. The Zipper, net ties at the top, and the pad all deteriorated very quickly. We even store it during the winter. I will never buy anything from Upper Bounce again. My wife had to re-sew the zipper, and I held the netting together this year with zip ties so it would make it one more season.

Cheap, didn't last at all.
