We bought a new destination camper and it did not have a TV in the bedroom. I bought this TV to go in the bedroom. This TV is much better than the one that came with the camper. I decided to move the living room TV that came with the camper to the bedroom. 

The Vizio looks great in the living room! We have a Vizio 5.1 soundbar and, WOW! It works great with the TV. The 4K picture is amazing. The TV has all the apps we use and I don’t have to use the Roku stick.

I would highly recommend this TV.

Beautiful picture and lots of apps.

Great TV especially for the price. While it's not specifically using "Google TV", it's a very similar experience and works pretty well. Nice feature is being able to connect headphones via Bluetooth for quiet watching at night. Very light, nice quality resolution, some nice features, including Volume Leveling which helps normalize volumes like transitioning from a quiet show to a loud commercial.

Excellent TV for the price,

Needed to replace a tv.  Looked at Sam's, one for convenience of shopping, two that I could pick it up next day.  It was easy to install and works great.  Still learning about it.

Great Television

This is a very nice TV with a great picture quality and many great features.  It is a replacement for a TV of the same brand which lasted about 15 years.

Great picture quality

TV  itself has a great picture and easy setup, the issue deals with available apps and unable to upload apps not part of Vizio bundle such as Fanduel. Had to purchase a Roku stick to upload apps not available on the Vizio smart tv.

Vizio apps available

Nice sharp picture. Don’t like that I was FORCED to get the Vizio app in order to just use the tv. And it is a little flaky about connectivity. Also the connections on the back are very limited. No place for an antenna or the av connectors some games need.

Mixed feelings about this tv

We got this to put on the back porch to watch soccer outside in the nice weather.  The set up was awful. It crashed multiple times. We had to set it back to factory settings twice.  And then came the news that you HAVE TO SIGN IN WITH YOUR WALMART ACCOUNT because these jerks want to track everything and give you personalized ads. 

We almost took it back but decided for $200 where we'd only watch Premier League and MLS matches and the World Cup, they were welcome to know how much we watch soccer and very little else. 

But we'll never  buy another Vizio.  Our good TV is an LG OLED, and it's miles above this one on picture quality.

Good for  a $200 tv

No ethernet connection!  Getting cross channels on some of the VIZIO Free TV channels (don't know what that's about)!  Also, it likes to loose my WIFI connection about every 2 to 3 days.  Everything else that's running on WIFI would still be connected and running great, but after turning the TV on  it never connects to my home WIFI setup, therefore I have to keep going back into setting to reconnect the WIFI.  I have 1GB fiber so there should be no issue because I don't have 15 devices running at the same time.  This is why I was disappointed with the lack of ethernet connectivity, it avoids that issue.

Disappointing for VIZIO

Have had problems since turning it on. Buffers a lot and freezes up to where I need to unplug it to get it reset. Disappointed in this purchase. Have t had this kind of issue with Vizio before.

Maybe a lemon?

I purchased this tv as a gift, I have a higher end vizio and now I can see what the extra $200 dollars gets you. I use my higher end vizio with a macbook, I don't use, smart features.  I can only compare this tv to the Roku tv it replaced.  The first thing I noticed was the sound, very low volume and the speakers sound like they are blown, I mean really bad. I'm not comparing the sound to a hifi system or a recording studio, just basic tv audio shouldn't sound this bad. So I got a sound bar, this was 10000X improvement. As for the tv's operating system, the smart part, it's like trying to run windows 11 on a commodore 64. There's a huge delay between when you hit a button to navigate the menu with all the media to when it responds.  VERY SLUGGISH !   The internal tv settings for audio with the vizio soudbar vary. Sometimes you see all the options "Bass,Midrange,Treble, room size, surround sound" and other times there are no options. When running netflix, it always gets stuck in a loop and requires resetting the tv, and clearing out whatever setting you had. EVERY TIME !  The previous Roku Tv  didn't have any of these issues. So after doing some checking around, it seems that using a tv stick and bypassing the vizio operating system is the only fix. That is my next step, a tv stick.  It's pretty bad that hundreds of addiotional dollars must be spent to bring this tv to normal operational standards.  

If your going to purchase this tv, A sound bar is a must, The audio is really really bad. Perhaps this is an effort by vizio to sell more sound bars, who knows.
