Quality and Efficiency

The couch looks exactly like the picture. It sits and sleeps great. Company called to verify address before shipping and was very helpful. Delivery was ahead of schedule and driver was very responsive. He let me know before he go there. Well boxed and no noticeable defects anywhere.

Just what I wanted

The hideabed mattress is very soft and I like how the head reclines so you can sit up and watch tv or for reading. I material is very soft. Overall I would recommend this couch to anyone that likes horses. It fits the western decor in my house perfect.

Running Horse Couch

This sofa is not only beautiful but it is sooo very comfortable and the sleeper bed is as well !

This is a wow for anyone who is " horsey "

Quite nice

We received the couch and was excited. When we cut it out of the box it was wrapped in plastic which was good. But after removing plastic we seen a tear in the front leg as it was damaged. Dissapointed since the plastic shows no sign of tear in plastic. Looks like it was damaged before it was wrapped. Bad Quality control. Not sure how we will get it fixed as it would take a long time to get warranty to work. We will pay a local upholstery shop to fix it.

Great looking a little firm mattress is disappointing

Thought this was a beautiful couch, the colors are beautiful. Did not arrive on the day it was scheduled for but did arrive the next morning. Seems well made, but after a couple of weeks the cushions started to pill. Makes me wonder how long the cushions will last. The cushions also slide out constantly.
