I bought this fridge about 2 weeks ago and I am pretty much in love. It has so much space, the craft ice is so cool and I love the outer door that you can peek though. The only negatives I would say was I do kind of miss handles on the doors, sometimes it slams a little harder than I would like. But that is about it.

I bought this a year ago and have no complaints about this refrigerator, love everything about it from the craft ice to the adequate space and I can’t forget to add the double tap feature it has on the fridge side to view what’s in it without opening. It also adds a nice touch to my fully remodeled kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Great features!

Love the refrigerator with the freezer on one side and  edge to edge Instaview for easy view inside with out opening the door. This refrigerator makes my house look even more modern. Especially when I serving more then one guess and need extra ice with the dual ice maker with craft ice give plenty and plus the draft round ice makes it look really cool.

The refrigerator works perfectly. It’s excellent on cooling for both the refrigerator and the freezer. The craft ice balls are excellent if you have a party and use this refrigerator for your bar area. The only downside to this refrigerator is that the ice maker that holds the ice is small and runs out of ice fast!!! I got seven or eight full cups of ice and it was already out. This would not work well for a family of four getting ice all the time. If you’re looking to use it for a home bar in the basement then it would work well(that’s what I’m using it for) but other than that it’s a excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where you love the double tap door so we do not have to open and close so much they ask maker is definitely a plus all the way around sometimes there’s a little water left at the dispenser could be something that we are doing wrong not sure yet but everything in our house as a LG product how are you like now is getting a washing machine? Is our goal Our dishwasher our stove our refrigerator our TVs our dryer for our clothes is all LG products relax one item that is a washing machine maybe if I win the $500 that will go toward a new washer machine we love LG products they cost a little more but they are worth the wait and they cost !!!

Found right door about 1/4 inch lower than the right. Attempted adjustment but will not move up enough. Fridge seems to be fine otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A day after refrigerator arrived I noticed a panel on the top of it was missing, called the number given n the person n tech could not find it sooooo they sent out a tech n after him being on the phone with another guy they said it don't exist and left sooooo I went back to the store I purchased it from and took a picture of what they said doesn't exist. AMAZING

The led light that comes on when the water dispenser is cleaning is not needed, is obnoxious at night or needs a switch to turn off.
The ice dispenser is poorly engineered for use. Impossible to catch all the ice in a glass so it goes on the floor. 
The ice dispenser is poorly designed. Do you test these with real consumers before you decide to make them?

Help,

We just ordered and received this beautiful refrigerator this week. We cleaned out the ice and water and thought we were good. Then we opened the freezer door and the ice container fell when it was full of ice and broke one of the shelves. We had used the door several times in the last three days prior placing new items inside and had not touched the ice maker again and then this happened. Where would we go to buy a new shelf? How do we make sure the ice maker is seated properly when we had thought we had done so and come to find several days later that it can just fall down? Have no idea what to do from here. Can someone please email me back?

I really do not like this fridge there is not enough space. It only has two drawers and not even one is a crisper to keep veggies fresh. It does not make enough ice on time to keep two people with ice water. It is so slow!! Also there is no small drawer or anywhere to store butter or cheese. It is just made wrong in all the wrong ways. Very disappointed
