Looks good, works as it should, and the oven is large. We like the air fry oven, we took the counter unit and put it away, making more counter space available. My wife had to adjust a little to the new controls but likes it. The only detraction is the oven door handle doesn't match the LG refrigerator door handles we bought at the same time but because they are in different parts of the kitchen it isn't too much of an issue.

The oven has huge capacity. It heats up fast. Mostly I cook frozen foods (french fries, tater tots, pizza). It heats to 450 in less than 5 minutes. The convention feature bakes cookies and cake or brownies to perfect doneness. I haven't tried the griddle yet but I'm sure it will be soon.

Love the oven, quality durable feel to the grates and controls. Oven cavity is huge, wish it came with a third rack as there is definitely space to use 3. Extra safety step on the gas dials is smart as our last LG oven could be leaned against and turned easily, glad they fixed that.  The powerful probake fan really speeds up cooking and preheating.  The heating element is in the back and on top for searing, works well.  Make sure the delivery company uses a new gas connection line as ours reused old one and kinked it severely enough that it dangerously leaked for a day  before I put in a new one.  Great oven and stovetop just watch the install people do it right. 3 years of factory warranty after getting the LG app connected is a great deal

Range

We've only had this for a month or so but so far, so good. The only issue that we've encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner (the bright chrome trim) has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. No matter how much we try we can't seem to remove the discoloration which somewhat detracts from the looks of the range.

This stove seems to be working fine.  The first unit fid not and needed to be replaced

I am posting this as a serious warning regarding LG and their delivery contractor, LX Pantos. The level of disorganization, broken promises, and complete disregard for customer time is unbelievable.
• ​July 13: I initially scheduled my range delivery for July 21. On July 16, LG called stating LX Pantos had "scheduling conflicts" in my area for the 21st. They pushed me to reschedule for July 17, warning that otherwise I'd have to wait until July 31. Having been without a functioning range for weeks, I agreed to July 17 and arranged for someone to be home.
• ​July 17: No delivery time window was ever sent. I called and was informed the delivery was pushed back to July 21 after all.
• ​July 20–21: On July 20, I still hadn't received a delivery window. I emailed LG support and was explicitly assured that my range was guaranteed for delivery on July 21, and that the driver would give me at least 30 minutes' advance notice.
• ​The No-Show: I took a full day off work to wait at home. At 3:00 PM on July 21, I received a text from LX Pantos stating they could not deliver due to "conflicting scheduling."
​LX Pantos knew about this routing issue a week ago, yet they allowed me to burn a full vacation day sitting in an empty room waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen.
​LG needs to take responsibility for the unreliable contractors they hire to represent their brand. Because of this nightmare experience and absolute lack of accountability, I will never purchase another LG appliance.

Complete Lack of Communication and Zero Respect fo

I missed a call to set up my delivery and called back the number they left. LG says they can't help so they direct me to Sam's. Sam's say they can't help or that the item hasn't been received yet so I should keep waiting. If delivery can't be set up, then why did Alicia from Brancore Logistics call to set up delivery?  LG and Sam's are not working together on this. I'm left hoping to get a call back I guess.
