This is our second LG stackable washer and Dryer, we purchase our firsrt pare 13 years ago and
they needed reparts. So we decided to purchase new ones, the size and the pedestals so I do't have to bend over at age 76.

Great features and looks

I really do love this washer and dryer.....however, there is one anomaly.  The dryer works wonderfully, but makes a continuously rhythmic light clicking sound. The dryer drum is designed in such a way that the outside ridges of the drum "knock" lightly against part of the frame, or something like that.  LG sent out an amazing LG expert.  All is well, but the noise.  We have to close a door we had not had to close with the old set.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new home along with a washer. Both the items work fine as advertised. What I like is the silent function compared to the previous generation of washer and dryer I used. To me, the smart functionality is halfbaked i.e. you get notifications but there is no useful feature yet that I would pay.

Does what it says!!

The old dryer was the same brand and lasted a long time without any issues but I had my laundry room remodeled and I decided to replace the appliances. Small issue with the installation that created problems with drying process but once it was corrected, the dryer worked perfectly.

I have noticed that I have to set It for extra dry to get towels fully dry but other than that it’s worked great.

Best dryer we’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Dryer, it works great so many options, including wifi, will take us awhile to figure it all out but it's been fun. Runs quite and drys our clothes great. I will be signing it's praises to all my friends and family

This dryer after the very first load, threw off error codes and the clothes did not dry properly.  I would not recommend this dryer, in fact we had it returned, and they sent us a new replacement dryer.  

The new dryer was even worse as it would not start at all. All the lights came on but the dryer would not work at all. 

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL ESPECIALLY AFTER 2 DRYERS WERE BAD.
