We needed a new mattress, so anything would have been an improvement. I had been researching them for a long time and kept coming back to the website to see this one. I was pleasantly suprised with the price and quality. I can sleep the whole night through and we don't disturb each other getting in and out of bed if we get up at different times. Being able to flip it will be a plus for longevity. It came rolled up in a box. It is not an old fashioned spring type, it is memory foam and adjusts to you. You can sit on the side of the bed and it doesnt break down. This has been my best purchase ever!

Best decision ever!

I'm not sure how anybody can give a negative review for this mattress. I have a back injury and wasn't  able to sleep for months on my old matress, I used to wake up in pain every single day until I I received my LulaaBED. it literally changed my life. Thank you

Life changing

Had the mattress over a week now. So far I really like the mattress, my back feels better. The smell seemed to last for a week, which is a long time in my opinion but has gone away now. The side edges are very firm, kind of hard actually, not sure I like that but once you lie down on it you don’t feel it!! It would be helpful if they could print which side is the soft side and firm sides on the mattress because the mattress is heavy and needs 2 people to flip it! I have no idea which side I’m sleeping on, but it feels good on my back! Not sure how this compares to a Nectar or Casper, but the reviews are good, so I went with it! Hopefully it will not leave indentations where my body lies for while, unlike the 3 year old Serta mattress with springs also purchased from Sam’s which this one is replacing!

This mattress is very comfortable.  I’ve never had a foam mattress before but would definitely buy one again.  It was delivered early and was easy to set up.

Lulaa Mattress

Only had a week or so, but this far we are loving the mattress.  Love the reversible ability.  The sale price was a big advantage.

Good choice on Foam Mattress

This mattress came in an unlabeled box with no directions regarding unpacking.  It was extremely difficult to unpack, but filled out nicely in very little time.  However, still no name on the mattress and no indication of which side is firm and which is soft (it is a flippable mattress).  So far, it has been quite comfortable.  My body has definitely noticed a difference.

Definitely DYI!

So I've been sleeping on this for about a month. And I started off on the firm side and left it like that for 2 weeks and it was way too firm for me. So I flipped it and now I'm on the soft side which is only a few degrees softer than the firm side. So  If you don't like firm mattresses this is not the mattress for you.

The sides are firm you do sink down if you're sitting on the side of the bed.But they come right back.. Still not a 100% sure if I'm gonna keep it but I'm gonna see.  it's not a bad mattress at all you just need to be aware of the firmness.  If you're a back or stomach sleeper then this is the mattress for you.  if you're a side sleeper maybe not so much.

30 days in

So far so good! Its been 2 weeks and we are pleased. They are serious about the firm part in the title. We ended up putting on a 2 inch topper.

New mattress

Once I received the shipped notification expected by delivery date our queen Lulaabed took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. (it supposedly shipped the next day from when it ordered it) I made several calls to Sam's Club to find the status and although FedEx said a label was created they never received the bed or somehow got lost in transit. Sam's Club reordered the bed and it still took over a week to arrive. I would have liked to seen and tried this bed in the store but it's only mail order. When the bed finally arrived it came in a box (close to 100lbs) we opened it found no instructions other than what's on the outside of the box. Lots of plastic wrapped around this bed. It's folded in 4 so once all the wrapping is off be prepared for it to open in inflate like a balloon. Like others have said it does have a strong odor. (we put a zippered cover on it kept the smell down) You have no idea what side is soft or firm. It took about a full week for it to firm up and we figured out the sides. We are in our 60's and been using the firm side. (We like the 2 sides) The quality of the bed seems good and bed is comfortable but we probably would not buy this bed again as it is difficult to get in and out of it.

Terrible shipping experience,could be better bed

I think it defective because in 3 weeks,  my side was lower and to move to the other side, as if i have to step up needing energy and effort. I am going on vacation tomorrow,  so in couple of weeks, it's going back.
