My son was so excited when we got this new queen mattress delivered. He’d been in a twin lofted bed and was so excited to be at a normal height and have so much more room. He said it sleeps so well and is so comfortable. The mattress rolled out well and flattened and fluffed quickly. It did not have any odd odors either.

Heavenly Rest

Excellent mattress! We got the medium feel and it really does hit that sweet spot for us. We opened it in our living room to let it air out before sleeping in it. It took a bit longer than the 24 hours it stated on the instructions; it closer to 3 days, but the smell is gone. It fit our queen bed frame perfectly, and all our queen sheets fit it right as well. I love the euro top cushion, it makes for a great nights sleep.

The medium-feel, feels like a perfect medium.

I definitely recommend the Member’s Mark 13" Eurotop Hybrid Mattress. I still can’t get over the fact that a whole queen mattress showed up in a box at my front door. Setup was just as easy as the box said, unpack, unroll, unwind. The mattress puffed up  ery fast. The top is the perfect mix of firm and soft. The only negative was a strong smell at first, but it went away after a day and hasn’t been an issue since.

Comfortable, Easy-Setup Mattress

If I could rate this mattress 10/5 I would! This Member’s Mark Euro Top mattress truly lives up to its name and then some. It is way beyond comfortable. We originally obtained it for our son’s bed, but after laying on it “just to test it,” I’m seriously considering stealing it for myself.
It honestly feels like staying at a luxury hotel and somehow getting to bring that bed home with you. The Euro top is perfectly plush without feeling too soft, offering that cloud-like comfort while still providing amazing support. You sink in just enough to relax, but not too much where it takes from the comfort.

The only mattress you should ever buy!

This mattress arrived in a box. It needed 2 people to carry it. It was wrapped in plastic. We opened it up on our slatted bedframe and let it sit for 2 nights to fully expand before using it. It is a medium firm hybrid mattress.  It is definitely more firm than what I am used to. My husband loved the firmness of the mattress and had a great night of sleep. 
He said it was very supportive. It was a cooler night of sleep compared to sleeping on a memory foam mattress.  With a hybrid you sleep on top of the mattress versus a memory foam where you sink in. With it being a 13 inch mattress you will need deep pocket sheets. I noticed that when I sat up in bed to read, that I didn't sink into the mattress and my back didn't hurt after reading for 30 minutes like it did with my old memory foam mattress. You can't really go wrong with this mattress and the ease of ordering from Sam's club and having it delivered.

Supportive firm mattress

I got this for my guest bedroom.i have a very nice dream cloud mattress that i payed more for but i traded it out because it liked it so much. Gone is my back pain because it cradles my body just right(belly sleeper). I feel it was just the right amount of soft and firm. If you are considering upgrading your sleep, stop looking and buy this bed now. It is, without a doubt, the best investment I have made in a while. Worth every single star!

It feels like a nice hotel mattress

This 13" hybrid mattress is incredibly comfortable. The medium feel is just right—not too soft or too firm—and provides great support all night. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed with no body aches. Very comfortable and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

Great Sleep & Comfort

I’ve been sleeping on the Member’s Mark Eurotop 13" Hybrid Mattress (Medium Feel, Queen) for several weeks, and it has been a great upgrade. The eurotop provides a soft, comfortable surface while the hybrid design offers strong underlying support, creating a well-balanced sleep experience.
The medium feel is accurate and versatile. It’s comfortable for both side and back sleeping, with good pressure relief at the shoulders and hips while still keeping the spine aligned. I don’t feel like I sink in too much, and the mattress maintains its shape throughout the night. Motion isolation is another plus movement from the other side of the bed is minimal, which is ideal for light sleepers or couples.
Temperature control has also been impressive. The hybrid construction allows for better airflow compared to all-foam mattresses, helping prevent overheating. Even on warmer nights, the mattress stays cool and comfortable.
Unboxing was simple, and the mattress expanded quickly without any strong odors. The materials feel durable and well-made, especially for the price. Overall, the Member’s Mark Eurotop 13" Hybrid Mattress offers excellent value, combining comfort, support, and quality at a reasonable cost. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable medium-feel mattress that works for a variety of sleep styles.

Sleeping Comfortably

This is my first “Mattress in a box” and I’m kinda pleasantly surprised. The material quality is on par with big name brand mattresses. It is supposed to be a medium firm mattress but to me it is a little softer than spring medium firm mattress. If I had any idea, I would have went with the firm one.

Eurotop medium firm mattress but more like a plush

Its  a decent mattress  for what it is. That being said there are a few drawbacks. The smell is not awful but enought to be off putting even after days of having it out of the package.  If you are laying too close to the edges you can feel it giving. For the rest of the matress its almost too firm. The pillow top does give it some redemption. It's not my most favorite mattress  I have ever had but,  definitely  not my least favorite.

Decent  mattress

Bottom line:  I sent it back.  This mattress was not comfortable at all and was very hard, even though I purchased the "medium".  Extra deep sheets did not fit, either. 

All but two of the reviews were "incentivized" which should have been the first clue that the extraordinarily large number of high ratings may or may not have been really accurate.

I learned 3 lessons with this purchase.  1) Take incentivized reviews with a huge grain of salt, especially with a purchase of something as big and relatively expensive as a mattress.  2) If returning, check in with the local club first about options.   You cannot work with the local club once an action (return or replacement) is initiated online and the local club will not assist.  3) DO NOT USE THE Sam's Club AI  chat bot!!!!  Insist on speaking with a person.  It may take a while, but absolutely insist on speaking with a person.  There were several things that happened throughout this process that could have been much easier and taken less time had I been able to speak to a real person.  A few things had to be reversed (including an automatic "replacement" of anidentical mattress--that I did NOT want).  I ended up spending quite some time on the phone with a couple of different people (including a supervisor) cleaning up the issues created by the AI etc.  

Ultimately, all was resolved, but it was a painful experience filled with lessons learned.
