We ordered one of these for our subdivision clubhouse, the first one that was delivered was severely damaged, with holes and dents in the sides. The replacement that came within a week has no holes but there is a small dent in it. We figured we can live with that. We store cans and bottles of soda in there and had to figure something out because bottles kept tipping over. It is also smaller than I thought it would be.

Smaller than I expected

Not bad for the price. Materials are on the lower side. More plastic, less metal. Easy to set up, takes less time than to remove the packaging.

Price vs quality

So far this has not gotten  to 32 degrees.  I had to track my delivery down my self.  It showed it was delivered but when I phoned Sams customer service i was told i would have to file a police report. Even though i had told them we were hime ALL day the day it was supposedly delivered. I phoned the carrier and they told me it was being  returned to Sam's...they checked with the secondary carrier and it had not beem delivered. Turns out Sam's  gave them an incorrect phone number for me.  They did indeed  deliver my item but it has 2 dents in it.  That along with it not getting down to 32 degrees is disappointing.

It looks just like in the picture. It was delivered on time which was a plus, but the temperature will not go lower than 42 which is a bummer since I bought it for my business and needed something that would stay between 35 to 40 for food safety.
