[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave when our last one finally quit on us. We've had it about a month now and we love it. It has so much more inside space than our last one. Installation went fairly easy with 2 people. The recommended settings inside the door are a nice feature. We have not tried the "smart things" like syncing with our Samsung range yet, but overall we are happy with our purchase.

Love it!

It has a large capacity which is an upgrade from my previous microwave. I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly it heats my food and beverages. And I appreciate the cheat sheet inside the door which helps me adjust the temperature and cooking times. Overall a high quality product!!

Overall, it's a great combination of performance, appearance, and convenience, and I would recommend it.

Excited

Bought a Samsung over-the-range microwave from Sam's Club because the listing clearly advertised delivery, basic installation, and haul-away included. That is not what we got.

Sam's Club's system marked the order delivered on September 8. No one came that day. I had to call the delivery company multiple times just to get a real appointment. The microwave finally arrived September 11 around 7:50 p.m.
The crew dropped the unit, refused to install it, refused to haul away the old microwave, and left quickly. That is not “basic installation and haul-away included.”

Problems in short:
* False “delivered” date on September 8
* Customer had to chase the carrier to schedule
* Evening drop-off with no install. No haul-away of the old unit
* Extra out-of-pocket cost for a contractor to finish what Sam's Club advertised as included

Basic installation and haul-away never happen

Khristine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave was too difficult to use for seniors citizens due to the selections being too faint to read. Also the door, when opened, would not open more than 90 degrees and was in the way when walking past it. This may have been in our kitchen only due to the logistics of our island being too close to the oven, but it was a problem for us that we never had with our previous microwave.

Trouble reading non-backlit buttons

Glaiza

Randomly turns on fan and beeps. Can't even keep time. I assumed Samsung microwaves were quality and even paid a couple hundred more than I would have with other brand names. Big disappointment.

Awful

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Grinding Noise - VERY Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks and works great! I like the space and ease to work with it. One feature I didn't get was a lighted menu. It would be easier to see the display without turning the entire kitchen light.
