[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the space and bright lights inside the refrigerator. Shelves are very spacious. The design is very acomodating to my needs. The Ice Maker is working very well.

Great Features

Samsung US

It's quiet except for when making ice cubes. Cable waterline, filter, built in chimes, sabbath mode and thermometer included. No adjustable shelves or handles. A roasting pan will fit with lid. No ice maker on the shelf. Watch like a hawk for scratches on floor, dents on the fridge.

Great Product!

Love the size, larger than expected, great space and lighting. The gallon size shelves in the door are very handy, wish the shelves were adjustable but they are spaced adequately. A third drawer in the refrigerator side would be handy. The ice bin could be a little larger. Over all I like it and would recommend to friends.

Samsung 27.4 side by side refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooling is amazing the inside lighting is bright roomy very happy so far still waiting for the refrigerator to make ice I said it could take a couple days so we are patiently waiting. Can’t wait to try some

Lots of room!

I chose this one because it is large and I wanted the one-"button" ice/water dispenser. It is large and well-lit and we have plenty of room. The ice dispenser, however, is *horrible*. I am seriously considering returning this refrigerator for that reason. The button is hard to press in the right place, the ice hopper is small, and the dispensing is slow. It's so bad it's almost worthless and it ruins the overall value of the entire unit, since this is an important feature for us.

Overall good, but the ice dispenser is awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. We like everything about it but wish it had light at the water and ice dispenser. Time will tell as far as the compressor goes as we've read that the Samsung refrigerator compressors go out in about 2-3 years.

So far so good

Joyce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator, but some quality issues. It was larger than expected but 27.4 SQ Ft was about 3 SQ FT more than my last refrigerator. The temperature controls are easy to operate and it keeps a steady temperature as set for ergonomics ease. It does not seem as energy efficient as it could be, especially considering this is the low feature model without the touch screen and viewing windows. The refrigerator has a very beautiful finish they claim to be finger print resistant, but it is really just easier to clean but it shows every touch. For the size the inside shelves do not offer a lot of room for taller objects so the accessibility could use some improvement. The glass shelves do get some condensation build up, but the cooling operation clears the condensation up as the unit operates over time. Then the water and ice dispenser is ok, but it could really use a light in the area and the water dispenser can be messy if trying to fill a water bottle because it seems designed to feel a very large cup. The quality issues I had were a broken door seal and mission finishing part on the top when the brand new unit was unboxed. They could do better.

Very Nice looking but could use some improvement

Jeffrey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked fine for 6 months, then is stopped cooling and the repair guy said it's not holding freon, so they deemed it unrepairable!

Stick to Electronics

The ice maker struggles to make ANY ice. My family can be asleep all night long and wake up and there is literally two ice cubes in the tray made. Whoever designed this ice maker needs to go back to school or be fired. A 2400 dollar fridge should have an ice maker that produces ice if not it's useless. Don't try and have a holiday with family over you will to spend money at the store buying bags of ice. DO NOT BUY THIS.

ICE FAILURE

I bought this because I really wanted the ice maker..it's 2 years old and already paid a $169 service fee and the ice maker isn't fixed ..there is a crack and leaks water on the floor

Terrible ice maker

samsung 27.4 cu. ft. side by side refrigerator stainless steel finish with left-side water and ice dispenser and integrated touch display, flat-door recessed handles, slim vertical split-front and visible gallon door bins, model RS27T5200WW shown front-facing; suitable for large-family or meal-prep storage.
