[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice overall. Satisfies with performance. Would buy again and recommend to family members. Well done.

Very well done

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing Machine is quiet, and efficient. When I cleaned out the filter at the bottom, it was not dirty after almost 1 year of moderate use. This washer is also economically priced, so I'd definitely recommend it.

Well-priced and Easy to Maintain Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my Samsung washer and it was easy to install and use. It tells me when it needs to be cleaned. It holds my big blanket so I don’t have to go to the laundromat any more. It’s as quiet as can be. I have had no vibration problems with mine.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease of use of this front load washer, I would highly recommend it to my friends and family or to anyone needing to replace a washer. I like the fact it saves water and electricity and it's easy to use.

Great Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, it has too much space, it is very quiet and the little sound it makes when it ends I love it, it leaves the clothes very clean and it is very economical it does not vibrate much, it is made of very excellent material With a lot of support, and it has many washing functions and perfect 100% recommended

I love this washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its tall and deep which gives it a good capacity, I find that it washes my clothes perfectly and it keeps my clothes smelling fresh, its large but it works fast, not obnoxiously loud, and I dont deal with it vibrating against the dryer as often compared to my previous washer.

Amazing buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using our Samsung washer for the first time, runs very quietly. very little vibration. We easily fit 5 pairs of jeans in the drum with plenty of capacity left over. We did not want to overload the washer on the first use, so we figured this was an average sized load for our first test run. The clothes are in the dryer at the moment, so we can't judge the cleanliness just yet. We love the ergonomic feature of the front load. I have issues with back pain so we purchased the storage platforms to raise the washer and dryer high enough so I wouldn't need to bend to load or unload the washer or dryer. One complaint would be that the door on the washer is not reversible. Our washer plumbing is on the right and the dryer outlet is on the left, so the door to the washer opens toward the dryer making it awkward to load the clothes into the dryer. I think this is a feature that would improve the functionality of the washer/dryer arrangement.

So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer for a while now, and it does a fantastic job getting clothes clean without being overly rough on fabrics. The cycle options cover everything I need, and it runs relatively quiet even during high spin speeds. Connecting it with the SmartThings setup was quick and makes keeping track of laundry much simpler. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a dependable front load washer.Loading and unloading is effortless thanks to the convenient door design, and the control panel is incredibly intuitive to navigate. Even during the fastest spin cycles, the machine remains perfectly stable with virtually no shaking or vibration.Very pleased with this Samsung washer. It handles large family loads smoothly, washes thoroughly, and operates quietly. The SmartThings connection is a nice bonus for tracking cycles. Great purchase!Overall, this is a very reliable washing machine. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity handles larger loads like blankets and towels easily. It cleans thoroughly, and the controls are easy to navigate. My only minor note is that like most front loaders, you have to wipe down the door seal occasionally to keep it fresh, but that's standard maintenance. Good value and solid performance.

Great laundry performance and easy SmartThings int

Chrystel Mae

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

It's gonna take flight from my laundry room

Rainly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could express my frustration any more, I'd be shouting from the mountaintops about how utterly infuriating this washer is! Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure.

I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!
