Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider. <h3>For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:</h3> <ul> <li>Remove their shoes. Especially such a deep washer and dryer. Aside from that, its sturdy, has a nice storage area and is pleasing on the eyes!

Excellent add on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pedestals are very good and makes taking out the clothes from the dryer and the washer much easier. The storage is also very nice. The only thing I don't like is the price. I think it is way overpriced for what you get. You have to pay because you can't get it from anywhere else.

Good but expensive

The product turned out decent so far. Biggest downfall is when changing the filter now the water will collect on the pedestal and not the floor drain. Sam’s Club was supposed to install. They did not and even didn’t deliver even close to when I bought this. Very disappointed at Sam’s Club.
