Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome Refrigerator! I love it! Love the water pitcher and love the room. The middle drawer is handy. Always keeps my food cold and the ice maker is constantly going, we never run out lol. It's a consistent working fridge and love the accessibility and the doors and drawers have. Helps me keep things organized too! Love the hub! Use it all yhe time when I'm in the kitchen. I can watch a movie, listen to music , look at recipes, see who's at the door, and leave memos for my boys or whoever, and prolly much more I haven't even explored yet! All in all best Refrigerator I've ever had!

Awesome fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the beverage center, the option to select the cooling temperature I need for multiple items i.e., wine, deli meat and vegetables. I can select cubed or Ice bites. The refrigerator keeps track of food that may expire soon and I can also view the inside of the refrigerator from the grocery store or I show of the feature to my co workers. The finish and ergonomics goes with my kitchen aesthetic.

Great Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought the bespoke 4 door refrigerator and the performance look and durability of the product seems really sturdy. The charcoal color looks make the kitchen ascetics look luxury. Also, the ice making capabilty with beverage corner adds a charm while adding ample storage space.

Amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good smart Refrigerator........................................

good features

I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos.

Not "white"

Jeffrey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Main doors are manufactured in a way that they do not hang plumb or level and the lower left door sticks out.

Defect in door design

Meneleo

I've had the refrigerator less than 2 years. The compressor is out and was told it's not worth fixing. Because I didn't get an extended warranty it's just garbage. I've tried to contact Samsung but only get AI telling me my product is out of warranty. Do not recommend.

Didn't last more than 2 years.

This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can't do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again. Now Samsung is saying it's still warranty but they can't get anyone out to fix it. Even though I have found 3 companies that will fix it. Samsung is the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to a warranty. This makes 2 years in a row that my family and I have been without a fridge for 8weeks (first time) and 4weeks so far this time and still no fridge. Honestly save your money no matter how much you like the product, because your dealing with a company that doesn't care about you or your family's inconvenience, they only care about themselves and they will drive you up a wall until you decide to give up and go buy something else. Take my word for it. This is a horrible investment and this is the worst company I have ever felt with when it comes to them backing there product.

Worst company and product ever….save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the problem For the cooling Fraser is not working i'm already changed the icemaker. That will be the same problem. This fridge is very bad. Four years and the rest of them is garbage.
