Does it need a foundation? We recommend all Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are used with an approved Tempur-Pedic® foundation, Tempur-Pedic adjustable base or you can place your mattress on a platform frame or solid surface. Can I flip my mattress? Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped and should not be flipped. You may choose to rotate your mattress if you’d like, though it is not necessary. How long is the mattress and foundation warranty? 10-year limited warranty. For more details, please refer to the warranty card here. Should I use a mattress protector with my mattress? We do recommend using a mattress protector to protect against spills. How long will it take to get used to my new mattress? All new mattresses may take some getting used to since your body is used to different sleeping surface. We suggest you to try it for 30 nights allowing the mattress itself to ‘break in’ and your body to acclimate as well. My new mattress has a slight odor. How long will it last? TEMPUR-Material™ can have a slight odor after it is manufactured. This smell is normal and harmless, and it usually disappears before the product reaches you. If you notice this odor, know that it will dissipate in a week or two. Sometimes it’s helpful to “air out” your mattress for a couple of days. What does Home delivery consist of? Tempur-Pedic’s in-home Delivery service includes in-home delivery and basic set-up. In addition, the Member may ask the White Glove delivery agent to remove an old mattress and box spring. The delivery carrier will call the Member to schedule an appointment when the mattress purchase is ready to be delivered. How can I prepare for my new mattress delivery? Be available, have pets in a separate area, clear pathways leading to your bedroom, have a plan for your old mattress. And finally ensure that you have a proper foundation or base for your new mattress. Have additional questions? Comfort

Tempurpedic is by far the best mattress we’ve ever purchased or slept on! This is our second one to purchase, we went from a queen to a king. You get the best quality of sleep from the first night on. We had our first mattress for 10+ years and the sleep quality and comfort haven’t changed so it was just moved to another bedroom.

Comfort all the time!

Tempur World, LLC

Ive had back issues for 13 years after a 2 surgery hip break . We bought a new bed and could never get comfortable, We made a home move recently and thought its time for a new bed bought your temperpedic hybrid and first morning I couldn't believe I had no back pain for the first time in years ( its unbelievable ) If I only had known this 13 years ago thanks temperpedic for a great product and another fyi Im a hairdresser and everyone is getting an education about my new bed in fact my old neighbor is going to buy one now...Can't wait to go to bed every night ....Yeah

A game changer!

First of all, I was on a quest for a good, affordable mattress. At first I tried the Helix Sunset Luxe- way too firm. Then I tried the casper hybrid snow- too bouncy.

I ordered this as my hail Mary, and it worked. Third time was a charm for me! It's zo comfortable and my back and hip pain are on the back burner!

I highly recommend this for anyone with hip or back pain ♡

Best Sleep in a Decade

I used to be awakened when my wife tossed and turned or got up to go to the bathroom. I've only been on the new mattress for a few days, but have already noticed that I can sleep the whole night without noticing my wife's movements. I used to be a side sleeper but have also noticed that I can sleep on my back without turning to my sides than with the old mattress and box spring bed.

No longer disturbed when my spouse moves

Ordering could not be easier. The online facility worked like a dream. While we didn’t take advantage of the no interest purchase, the order process could not be easier. The delivery was scheduled and our mattress arrived just when expected. The delivery men were polite, unpacked the new mattress, set it up and took the old one away. Nothing could be easier. But the best news was the comfort and support of our new mattress. For the first time in a very long time we had a great sleep and woke up without any discomfort, pain or an aching back. This has been a truly wonderful experience. We’re just sorry to have not done it sooner!

Great ordering, Great delivery, Great bed!

One sleeper with bulging discs and another with POTS who tosses and turns all night. I didn't want to buy a Tempurpedic bc i didn't think it would be worth the money. But my husband's back couldn't handle the previous bed anymore. We bought the Adapt-Medium hybrid. At first it felt too squishy for me and i was in more pain. But realized in a week we needed the proper base. So we removed it from our frame and ordered the foundation. I felt the difference immediately. It's a bit more movement than our all foam bed so I do feel him leave the bed before i need to wake up, but the overall better sleep makes up for it. Delivery was perfect as well. Both times and i was glad we could get the foundation so fast. Definitely get the proper base or foundation for it.

Husband with bulging discs and wife with POTS who toss

LongtimeTempurPedic user. We bought our first TempurPedic 20 years ago. It was an investment piece ~ because of the price and it was completely worth it !! Hoping that the same holds true for the one we purchased replacing our old mattress ~ in longevity and quality. Love the height and comfort of our Adapt 2.0 ~ and it does seem to help with my night sweats. No regrets thus far.

So Far So Good

I thought the TEMPUR-Pedic Adapt Medium Hybrid Collection would be a good mattress for me.

I received the mattress on Saturday and started sleeping on it that same day. After two days of sleeping on the mattress, I noticed that the bed is extremely hard for a medium.

I chose the hybrid because I had read reviews saying it should work better for people with back and hip problems.

After several days, I have been waking up with more back and hip pain. I don't know if it's because it's a hybrid mattress or something else, but so far, I'm not comfortable.

I don't think I can give it the full 30 days to see if it works for me because the pain is getting worse.

Overall: At this point, the TEMPUR-Pedic Adapt Medium Hybrid feels much firmer than I expected for a medium mattress, and it is not providing the comfort or support I was hoping for.

Mattress Review – TEMPUR-Pedic Adapt Medium Hybrid

We have central air.
I’ve never slept hot in my previous beds.
For 84 days in the pro adapt, I have been waking up hot multiple times a night, deeply sunken in this mattress.
I’m 47 and work in the trades.
 5’ 11” 200 lbs.
Seems ridiculous, but waking up hot and rolling multiple times a night has been tough on my shoulders. It’s not easy to move once you’ve sunk in.
The bed is comfortable to just try out, but sleeping without covers and still feeling the heat of the mattress is far from comfortable.
I’ve given the bed 84 days. Exchanging the mattress and spending significantly more for a “cooling” mattress was not in our plans.
Even then, I have a hard time believing the pro breeze and lux breeze solve the issue, given the even more expensive models add fans.
I’m not sure what to do.

SLEEPS HOT

The longer Ive had the matress the less comfortable it becomes. My shoulders are much wider than my hips and somehow my hips still sink lower than my shoulders putting more pressure on my hips, knees and shoulders. No matter what postion i sleep in, the bed just makes me toss and turn in pain. After 6 weeks, Its geniunely one of the most uncomfortable matresses Ive ever slept on.

Mattress does not support heavier side sleepers
