Walmart sold me a controller that was returned, it has stick drift and the headphone jack only worked if you held the wire a certain way. That box was ripped before I got it. Thought it was fine till I tried to use it. Luckily I have other controllers.

already experiencing stick drift with the analog sticks in less than 4 months of use. Buyers Beware and be aware that 80 bucks for something to malfunction so quickly is in my opinion A SCAM! BTW I'm an occasional player who puts in about 4 to 6(maybe more)hours a week alternating controllers between gsmes to keep them charged.

I got this for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and I’m honestly super happy with the purchase, it was the exact color and it has become his favorite controller, his other one that came with ps5 ended up getting stick drift and this one has yet to have any issues at all

My husband absolutely loved it for his gift. But he noticed that the power usb looked like it was used before. Why did you guys sell stuff that was used? Any explanations? Won't return because my husband likes it and refused to do that but now he thinks it is second handed even though I told him it was supposed to be new. I am not very happy about this.

I got it. We’re very nice deal for my fiancé‘s birthday, and he was so beyond happy/excited to receive it brand new and its box. Nothing wrong with. It works perfectly fine. Nice and sealed up. Got it with no problems controller looks exactly like the photos same color and everything very beautiful. It’s perfect.

The controller worked fine, but the one I received had a huge sharp seam which dug into the left palm while using it. The replacement seems fine and Walmart sent it reasonably quickly. The console I bought in the same order also had to be returned due to a defective GPU. - unfortunately couldn't exchange THAT because they went out of stock shortly after I placed the order. COME ON SONY, get it together with the quality control!

liked the looks but dont like that the headphone jack is malfunctioning after right at 2 months of use i plug them in one side works not other thiught it had to be headset so bought another headset same thing wiggle it and both come on and go out would not recommend if u use headset

I bought my grandson a spiderman limited edition console so I wanted to get him an extra controller in case his brother wants to play with him or he has his best friend over. I wanted it to match as close as possible and was excited to see that the volcanic red is perfect. Though this particular one has not been tested yet, I have bought the exact same one but in a different color and have never had an issue. Highly recommend

Pretty mid, tbh. I recently bought my third and fourth dualsense controllers for my ps5 that i got on launch day. the same issues broke my first three controllers, the left analog stick broke. eventually, all the analog stocks begin to rotate in the socket, and the R3 button broke in two of them. pretty disappointing design. i opted to buy two more of them, though, instead of the new dualsense edge because that thing is $200! yeah, you can replace the analog stick units, but those cost $50 each! i paid less for a whole dual sense controller with the recent sale. the whole thing is a racket. the only upside to these controllers is they’re pretty comfy. they lack in functionality (no back buttons), and they’re pretty fragile.

I think we may have gotten a bad controller. It worked great for 5 days then completely stopped working. I attempted to troubleshoot via YouTube but none of the recommendations worked. In fact every time we plugged it up it started to get very hot and emit a terrible smell…almost burning plastic. We have since replaced it with the same one and so far so good. As long as you don’t get a faulty controller it should work just fine.
