Second controller I’ve ordered from Walmart and both have arrived opened and unboxed; the first controller I ordered also came damaged.

Love the color and im impressed with battery life. The grip of these controllers for me is very comfortable and the buttons are nice and smooth.

PS5 controllers break all the time. Sony knows this is an issue. I bought the protection and can not file a claim. Infuriating and disappointing.
