We needed another storage unit to go with our shed and this filled our needs. I was particularly happy that Lifetime acted on previous customer concerns about the tendency for the lid to sag by providing a metal crossbar.

I bought my storage shed and when I got it home discovered there were a number of bolts missing. I called customer service and they sent the missing bolts immediately. I genuinely appreciate their quick action and response.

When I when to install the box I found out there was 3 pieces of the same part. The two back corners were missing. I have never ran across such super customer service. I received the missing comers within 3 day Thanks JC

Bought from Costco for my Snowblower, fits well in the area. Pretty easy to assemble. The lid brace was missing a piece which the manufacturer quickly replaced.

Fast shipping, easy to assemble! Came a week earlier than projected and took about and hour and a half to put together. Decent price and easily fits two bikes and several large plastic totes.

The video helped for items that were not included in the directions. However, there were still nuances that were not covered. I only discovered them by trial and error. Also screws should be packaged and identified for easier installation.

A hinge broke, due to a severe wind storm, and I called customer support. Within 5 minutes, they sent me a brand new piece... for free. Quick, easy install and back to normal. Thank you.

The video assembly instructions were great but it's a bit of a challenge putting this shed together. Packaging was very good and no missing parts so that's a plus. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.
