After spending several hours putting this shed together there was an incorrect piece for the lid which made it impossible to finish. Called the company for a replacement and it took 7 days to get it ! Ridiculous!

Terrible product. Assembly instructions unclear. Quality of the plastic is cheap. Screws difficult to drill into cheap plastic without stripping. Would not recommend this at all’

frustrated that item arrived without hardware and then the fight with Lifetime to send replacement, They wanted me to take this 200+ pound item back to Walmart as a return.

The unit is great, instructions were easy to ready. None of screws are labeled, by bag or any other way. That’s a real pain and it could be much easier if they invested a little bit more to identify the screws

The storage unit is fine. However, during assembly I ran into a few holes for screw that were not predrilled completely. I was able to drill them out and the rest of the assembly went well.

Perfect little shed, fits everything and looks great. Put it together by myself, but would have gone faster with the second person. No issues, love it.

We bought this to store our generator. It’s the perfect size. It did take us a while to put together and it’s definitely a 2 person job. I do recommend it. And the video was very helpful with the instructions.

Parts (screws/nuts/bolts) are not labeled so you actually have to match them up with description on instructions. Makes it more time consuming to put together.

Screws don’t fit in proper place. Poorly designed. Do not buy. This needs to be removed from Sam’s Club and sold at your local thrift store. The price is ridiculous for this big piece of junk.

Storage shed is very nice and holds up to the weather. The reason why I give it a 4 star is because the instruction manual was poorly done. The many different sizes of screws in the bag were not clearly marked. The shed pieces should have been also marked with right and left side.
