lifetime failed on this product

As others have said the directions tell you to us screw AYU but the packages of screws only had numbers. A few of the holes from the metal bars to the shed panels did not line up. Will not buy a lifetime product again.

Missing Parts

1st screw packages need to be labeled- they do show you a picture but it would be nice to label them. MAIN PROBLEM IS I GOT TWO LEFT TOPS, NOT A RIGHT AND A LEFT. Now I have to wait for lifetime customer service to ship correct part.

Looks good when put together.

Lifetime could definitely work on better instructions and labeling of hardware. I was able to figure out, but hardware was not labeled properly. Looks good and what I needed when finally assembled.

leaks

Everything went together well but it’s raining today and the thing leaks. My kids power wheels and expensive stroller are all wet along with our chlorine tabs. Don’t waste your money.

We're sorry that you have not had a good experience with your shed. Our Shed products are weather resistant, but not water tight or water proof. Water can get between the seams of the roof panels which is then collected by the truss channel and drained outside the shed.

No instructions in the box

I can’t put my shed together, their were no instructions inside the box. I can’t find any online and on the lifetime website for this model no manual available to download.

Missing hardware (screws) and worst instructions I’ve ever seen. Disappointing considering this is a U.S. product and Fastenal assembled the hardware package. Their YouTube video wasn’t much help in terms of figuring out which screws to use.

Spend a little more money and get a Suncast

This shed is over-engineered and takes a while to put together. Also includes a gotcha where you can pierce the roof with one of the support bars. I would recommend a different brand.

Product good; assembly horrible

Love the product after assembled. But the directions and product assembly don’t match. Had to drill open “slots” that were supposed to be available but had plastic in them. Took 2 people and 3 hours to put together with help of you tubers.

Heavy duty

I bought it about 3 weeks ago, seems very sturdy but some of the holes didn’t line up with the metal supports for the lid and some of the screws damaged the plastic so some of the screws are not tight as they should. The plastic where the screws go should have built in nuts and there should be machine screws instead of regular screws.

Wobbly Storage shed

this unit goes together fairly easily after you get the floor to fit together... it works for the use intended... the only thing I don't care for is the front of the unit tilts in once you open the top.... very little to no support to keep the integrity of the box while loading or unloading the unit
