The machine came in good condition and is currently working well. The only reason I didnt give this a five star is because I had an issue with the shipping company who was not very accommodating when it came to scheduling the delivery.

Great size

This came quicker than stated when I ordered. Works great. Card reader works great. It was a little challenging to set it all up, but we got it done and our employees are happy. The shipper did not put it in place or get it off the truck. That was disappointing. Luckily we had a forklift and an employee handy to help get it off the truck.

Great-When it Works and NO SERVICE when it Doesn't

I bought this product and had issues from day one. I tried to return it but could not get Sam's to respond to my requests. NO ONE will service this machine and it WILL have problems. I am so disgusted with it. We are a nonprofit and this was one huge waste of our precious funds. When it works, it is wonderful but it doesn't much of the time.

Broke within the 1st month we had it.

We purchased this vending machine brand new $5,000 from Sam's - within the first month that we bought it the machine stopped cooling our drinks. The machine showed that it was 90 degrees where the soda's were being stored. I called customer service and they did trouble shoot the machine with me and that did not work. So they sent me a part out to replace the compressor or whatever cools the machine. The machine worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped cooling again. I called customer servicer AGAIN and they sent out a repair man to fix the machine. He said the part that was sent out was a used part and that it was defective. He repaired the part and got it to work. About 3 days later the vending machine stopped working/cooling again. It has been almost 2 months now that we have not been able to sale drinks because the vending machine does not cool. We have called customer service almost daily to get someone to repair it and to check on getting a new part. The repair man showed up today and is working to replacing the defective part - however he pointed out to us the part that was shipped was once again a "Used Part" - so issues may arise again. Uggggh. Buyers remose big time! Do not purchase this machine.

Excellent machine

Our machine arrived 10 days earlier than the expected date. Great. It’s working in perfect condition, we only had problem locating the master sensor since the instructions stated that it was a blue button but it was red. Besides that, very easy to set up. Thanks
