The different cycle options are great and I even like the high-tech sound it makes; not the old-fashioned sound of water splashing and clothes being spun around. It has the same footprint as our other washer, but seems twice as big.  It's quiet, washes very well, intuitive controls, what more could you ask for? I'm not using the Wi-Fi app, so no comment on that.  But very happy that we bought this washer.

Excellent washer, very happy

This is my first LG appliance, purchased online, LG had free installation free delivery and free haul away. Order on a Monday and it came on Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came to my house were very curious and professional. They took extra care not to scratch my washer by wrapping it in blanket. They installed my washer making sure there was no leaks and even gave it a “test rinse” cycle just to make sure. The washer itself is noticeably more quiet than my 10 year old Samsung washer that it replaced, and the wash cycles are faster too resulting in using less energy. I highly recommend this washer and the great service that LG provided.

Great washer and great service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, so far. Only been just over 3vweeks. Spins our so well you have to peel the clothes off the drum. Washer adjusts wash time to size of load and soil level. When you put in a load and select "normal" wash the washer adjusts the time from 45+ minutes for a large, dirty load down to mid 20s for a smaller, lightly soiled load. It's great!

Great so far

This machine is so easy to operate and the owner guide is outstanding and easy to read, not too technical.  I’m looking forward to having this set for a very long time.  Love the way it cleans my clothes, towels and anything else that needs to be washed.

Best washer/dryer ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quiet and efficient, and a HUGE improvement over our 10 year old Samsung.... not a surprise. I took away 1 star because the control pad is a bit clunky to use, otherwise this is a really nice machine with a large capacity.

Love this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is reasonably quiet and has minimal vibration on the spin cycle. Have only used the Normal cycle so far--the clothes washed well and the spin cycle removed excess water that shortened the dryer time. 

The manual that came with the washer has since been replaced with an updated May 2021 manual but LG customer support will only provide a paper copy for a fee. While the updated manual is available online in PDF format, it is inconvenient to access a computer while in the middle of doing the laundry. The outdated manual that came with the washer has minimal information on each of the wash cycles and how to operate the washer after installation. Expect to print out sections of the online manual.

Excellent performance, huge capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer/dryer pair and had them delivered on 2/6/21.  The dryer had a large dent on the side which prevented the drum from rotating.  I did not accept the delivery on the dryer.  It is 2/21/21 and I have yet to receive a dryer, no idea when I'm going to get it.

Washer broke after 3 months of use. Have been trying to work with LG for over 5 weeks to get it repaired or replaced

Terrible experience with Sam's Club. It took 3 different appointments and delivery crews to deliver and install this washer and dryer. Once it was finally installed, it was installed incorrectly which resulted in extensive water damage to my home.

The water lines were not attached properly which caused a large amount of water to spray uncontrolled throughout the room. It was so much water that it leaked through the floor and through the ceiling into the room beneath the washer and dryer.

Now I still don't have the washer and dryer installed and have to contend with extensive water damage and insurance claims.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. Terrible experience.
