[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher. It cleans extremely well, and is so quiet you can put your ear to it and still not hear it. Capacity is perfect for my needs. I love the technology, such as the door automatically opening when the cycle is done. Its sleek design makes my kitchen look great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. Quiet. Washes like a champ. Thought about dropping one star because of the drying feature. It's great in theory, but there is no heated dry. The dryer opens itself when it's done and a bunch of steam comes out, allowing the hot dishes to "dry". In practice, the dishes don't come out as dry as other dishwashers I've had with a dedicated heated dry cycle. It DOES save energy. If that's your top priority, it's a five star machine. If dry dishes are your thing, then it's four stars. Choose your own adventure.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The first dishwasher delivered had something wrong with the control panel so that every time you’d open the door the machine would keep running. On top of that the delivery/install team took nearly 2 hours and watched multiple YouTube videos to semi-complete the install. I setup a return and exchange with Samsung thru Sam’s Club. So I scheduled another day to be home and available for Samsung to come out and haul away the broken machine and for another team to come out with the new machine. Based on the install experience of the first machine, I opted to have my plumber install the dishwasher. A cost I would incur even though the install was built into the price. The first team, the ones picking up the machine, spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to disconnect the power from the dishwasher. I knew at that point getting my own plumber to do the installation was the right decision. Later that day, the second delivery team arrived and left the new dishwasher shrink wrapped in my dining room as I asked. A few days later, my plumber came out to install, and upon opening the styrofoam and shrink wrap it was noticed that the left leveling leg was broke and in pieces in the styrofoam. I notified Samsung that again there was an issue and their solution is to pick up the machine for a refund..What about my costs to have a plumber install the broken unit shimming up the left side in order to level the machine? Where’s my old dishwasher to put back since they’re now leaving me with a hole in my kitchen. The worst customer service from any manufacturer I’ve dealt with. So I may lose my time and my money spent on a plumber but it’s worth every dime if this review prevents anyone from buying Samsung in the future. Sam’s Club should also investigate Samsung and their delivery and install team. I don’t see how this reflects well on them either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher so far does a great job of cleaning everything. The top rack for large, flat items is a real plus. The stainless steel interior stays very clean, something we thought might spot over time. The ice white exterior is nice, however, we will not be able to match to our other appliances. We wish regular white was offered.

All I can say is, you're better off to have it delivered whenever they say it's going to come and then pay for it to be installed by your own contractor, and then ask for reimbursement. It took over a month to get it put in, this meant 2 days where we had to miss work and not to mention the rescheduling nightmare that is RXO. I bought thru Sam's because of the benefit of them covering the installation but I had no idea it was going to mean a month long wait and 2 days of lost pay. NEVER AGAIN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great, washes really well, and is very quiet. I love how it sounds like a Nintendo Game Boy when you run through the menus or it's done washing. I have no issues with anything so far I've had it for 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher so far. Very easy to use and super quiet during operation. Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

We had our previous Samsung dishwasher for 9 years and wanted to get a new one to take advantage of some of the new tech like wifi, notifications, and quieter operation. We are super happy with our new machine and no longer have to remember to open the door after the wash cycles were complete. Happy customer!

I would love to just leave a review for this dishwasher, but our delivery experience was so awful I just need to warn potential buyers. RXO is the delivery company that Sam's uses to deliver to our area. Large appliances ALL include delivery, installation and haul away. RXO does not honor this. They claimed installation and haul away are not included, and said I need to purchase the installation kit because it's not included either. They just unloaded the dishwasher and left. I called Sam's. They apologized then scheduled the installation and haul away with guess who? RXO. Approximately a week later, they show up, walk straight to my kitchen sink, take a quick look at the connection and say they can't install because of a corroded valve. Claims it might break if he turns it on. The valve is absolutely not corroded and I had just turned said valve off 5 minutes before he arrived, because I'd just removed our old dishwasher. He also informed me that we would need to buy the installation kit (because he didn't have one), replace the valve and reschedule the appointment. Mind you, it's now been about 3 weeks since I ordered this dishwasher as it was originally supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. My husband was livid after hearing this guy say that he wasn't going to install it. He just said "Whatever, I'll do it myself". The guy then goes out to his truck, grabs the installation kit and hands it to us...the one he didn't have. These delivery guys at RXO are all lazy, incompetent liars with terrible work ethic. Definitely reflects badly on Sam's Club. I really hope we like the dishwasher, but I will never order an appliance again from Sam's Club. It would've been much simpler to just drive to Home Depot, purchase the dishwasher and then install it ourselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between the adjustable rack, the extra third rack, and the ease of loading, I love this dishwasher. It's so quiet, you almost don't know that it's running. And even if there's food left on the plates, it cleans it right off. Highly recommend.
