Incorrect Specs
My old Samsung dishwasher died so we replaced with this one. The washer itself is great so far. My disappointment is in the fact that in the specs I read, It said the bottom rack had folding tines but in fact does not. My old one did and that was the selling point on why I picked this one. I’m surprised Samsung would not deliver what was in the specs.
Great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great, washes really well, and is very quiet. I love how it sounds like a Nintendo Game Boy when you run through the menus or it's done washing. I have no issues with anything so far I've had it for 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing dishwasher! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Super quiet, many washing modes to choose from and dries dishes in 5 minutes. Believe it or not from someone who runs it at least once a day I have noticed a significant drop in my electric bill! Love, love, LOVE!
Fantastic dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a replacement… was a little skeptical at first because of some of the reviews… I'm so happy I went ahead with the purchase! This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I've owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!
Very nice machine so far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job. The storm wash or heavy duty cycles are long, but everything is clean. The capacity is great, however I would suggest a tighter pattern in the lower and middle racks to accommodate smaller items. We have not used the smart technology to any extent so far. It is nice to look in the app and see time remaining. Very happy so far with our purchase.

SAMSUNG - GARBAGE - HUGE MISTAKE
If I could give this zero stars I would. The first dishwasher delivered had something wrong with the control panel so that every time you’d open the door the machine would keep running. On top of that the delivery/install team took nearly 2 hours and watched multiple YouTube videos to semi-complete the install. I setup a return and exchange with Samsung thru Sam’s Club. So I scheduled another day to be home and available for Samsung to come out and haul away the broken machine and for another team to come out with the new machine. Based on the install experience of the first machine, I opted to have my plumber install the dishwasher. A cost I would incur even though the install was built into the price. The first team, the ones picking up the machine, spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to disconnect the power from the dishwasher. I knew at that point getting my own plumber to do the installation was the right decision. Later that day, the second delivery team arrived and left the new dishwasher shrink wrapped in my dining room as I asked. A few days later, my plumber came out to install, and upon opening the styrofoam and shrink wrap it was noticed that the left leveling leg was broke and in pieces in the styrofoam. I notified Samsung that again there was an issue and their solution is to pick up the machine for a refund..What about my costs to have a plumber install the broken unit shimming up the left side in order to level the machine? Where’s my old dishwasher to put back since they’re now leaving me with a hole in my kitchen. The worst customer service from any manufacturer I’ve dealt with. So I may lose my time and my money spent on a plumber but it’s worth every dime if this review prevents anyone from buying Samsung in the future. Sam’s Club should also investigate Samsung and their delivery and install team. I don’t see how this reflects well on them either.

Terrible delivery experience
I would love to just leave a review for this dishwasher, but our delivery experience was so awful I just need to warn potential buyers. RXO is the delivery company that Sam's uses to deliver to our area. Large appliances ALL include delivery, installation and haul away. RXO does not honor this. They claimed installation and haul away are not included, and said I need to purchase the installation kit because it's not included either. They just unloaded the dishwasher and left. I called Sam's. They apologized then scheduled the installation and haul away with guess who? RXO. Approximately a week later, they show up, walk straight to my kitchen sink, take a quick look at the connection and say they can't install because of a corroded valve. Claims it might break if he turns it on. The valve is absolutely not corroded and I had just turned said valve off 5 minutes before he arrived, because I'd just removed our old dishwasher. He also informed me that we would need to buy the installation kit (because he didn't have one), replace the valve and reschedule the appointment. Mind you, it's now been about 3 weeks since I ordered this dishwasher as it was originally supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. My husband was livid after hearing this guy say that he wasn't going to install it. He just said "Whatever, I'll do it myself". The guy then goes out to his truck, grabs the installation kit and hands it to us...the one he didn't have. These delivery guys at RXO are all lazy, incompetent liars with terrible work ethic. Definitely reflects badly on Sam's Club. I really hope we like the dishwasher, but I will never order an appliance again from Sam's Club. It would've been much simpler to just drive to Home Depot, purchase the dishwasher and then install it ourselves.

The configuration is much better than the whirlpool it replaced and we are not having to clean inside weekly to remove mold & mildew. (Yes, we still rinse all dishes & remove all food debris before putting in dishwasher.)
Faulty design to "adjustable" top rack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stainless steel of this dishwasher. I also love the delay start feature. I however would not repurchase this dishwasher again due to the interior layout. The top rack only has two height features that aren't 100% functional in either position. If you drop it to the lowest setting, the spray washer strikes and is stopped by plates in the lower rack. If you move the top rack to the highest position, then you are limited on the positioning of bowls and small plates as the utensil rack on top catches upon these items when you pull it out.
