This thing is a tank and I'm very pleased with the purchase...looks like it should last a long time!!

I have had this grill for 4 months, smoked ribs, pork butts, pork belly, roasts and grilled steaks, chicken, dogs, etc. It works fantastic. The side burner is a plus for keeping the kitchen clean when sautéing or frying. I am floored by the amount of smoke flavor it produces. The only draw back I can see is that it is not WiFi enabled, however I purchased a great WiFi meat thermometer and have still spent less than half of the money I was planning to. Great construction and seems to be very well built

Absolutely fantastic pellet grill. This thing is built like a tank! Double wall construction so it holds temperature perfectly, and the added smoke box elevates this grill to a true smoker. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I was looking at grills that cost THREE TIMES what this one costs. I’m so glad I bought this one instead. I’ve made ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, burgers, brats, hotdogs, tri tip, corn, kebabs…it all comes out fantastic. If you’re thinking of purchasing, do it. You won’t be sorry.

Great grill, solid ! I have seasoned the grill(turning up on to high to burn off any residue on cooking chamber). Looking forward to grilling and smoking some vittles soon !

Preforms as described, I would suggest an additional pan of water during cooking to keep things moist , also you should cook things to the temperature you like and then sear to finish in a separate grill. I didn’t mind this combination as it worked beautifully. Did not give 5 stars due to wrong part in packaging. Contacted the manufacturer by number provided and it sent me to a website. That’s not a good sign. Either way, after emailing back and forth manufacturer sent correct part in days.

Love it so easy and dude a great job on meats

This is the first smoker I have purchased and it is a beast! I've cooked 16lbs of pork butt to perfection the first day I got it total of 15 hours and only used maybe 8lbs of pellets out of the 20lb hopper. Just cooked ribs for 6 hours and hardly used any pellets but the smoke flavor is outstanding! Very very happy with the purchase. It holds spot on with tempature as well.

I'm so disappointed that after I took the time to assemble this Member's Mark Pellet Smoker which is awesome, and the Trigger Pellet Smoker, which was delivered damaged and had to be returned, the delivery/pick-up company picked up the wrong smoker. They took my good Member's Mark smoker, which both smokers were at my cousin's home and no one was there when the wrong item was picked up. Now, that I'm out of two smokers, I'm not happy, especially after using the Member's Mark Pellet Smoker and loving the results of the foods that comes out. Definitely not happy that I can't reorder because the Member's Mark Smokers are out of stock again, and on sale until September 18th. I wish Sam's Club would send me the Member's Mark Smoker I assembled and was taken away accidentally. At least make more smokers so that I can reorder the smoker I wanted. When will more 36" Member's Mark Pellet Smokers be manufactured? I'm waiting!

Easy to assemble if you th the directions!! Works like a pro!!
